Viator is useful once I have a destination and want to compare tours, tickets, and last-minute activities. Offline tickets and same-day reminders make the travel-day side less messy. I still check the operator notes before committing to an experience.
My airport transfer confirmation, driver instructions, and voucher were all available when I landed without data service. That made the first hour of the trip much easier.
The app has a huge activity catalog, which is both helpful and a little overwhelming. I like being able to manage reservations from the phone and review cancellation terms in the same place. Rewards are nice, but I do not let them drive the decision.
