Bag tracking and a late gate change both updated before I reached the monitor on my last trip. I still keep a screenshot of the boarding pass, but the app handled the stressful parts well.

3.0/5
Delta's official Android companion for booking, trip management, and airport-day travel.
Fly Delta centers on the parts of travel that matter before a flight: booking, upgrades, payment methods, and saved companions. It is built for people who already travel with Delta and want the airline's own workflow on Android.
On travel day, the app shifts to check-in, digital boarding passes, flight notifications, airport maps, standby or upgrade status, live chat, and passport scanning. That makes it more of a trip-control app than a general travel search tool.
It is Delta Air Lines' official Android app for booking, trip management, check-in, and airport-day tools.
Yes. Fly Delta is free to install; tickets and travel extras are charged through your Delta booking.
It surfaces check-in, boarding passes, notifications, airport maps, and flight status in one place.
Anyone who flies Delta regularly and wants the airline's own mobile workflow on Android.

I used Fly Delta on a connection through Atlanta, and having the boarding pass, gate info, and upgrade list in one place kept me from bouncing between emails. It still needs a good connection to refresh, but it felt reliable once my trip was pulled into my account.
The check-in flow and saved payment details are convenient when I already have a Delta reservation. I don't open it much outside travel days, and it can feel too tied to live account data when airport WiFi is spotty.
For a family trip, the saved companion details and digital boarding passes saved me a lot of paper juggling. I also liked checking standby and gate changes without walking back to a monitor.
Boarding passes and gate changes are exactly where I expect them.
